Key Responsibilities

Comply with company rules and regulations, follow management assignments, implement safe production requirements, and promptly report any potential safety hazards.Perform installation, testing, packaging, and related operations strictly in accordance with drawings, process requirements, and operating procedures.Complete daily production tasks assigned by supervisors while ensuring required quality standards.Demonstrate strong quality awareness and a solid 5S mindset; work carefully, attentively, and efficiently.Be hardworking and resilient, and cooperate with overtime arrangements when necessary.Comply with all factory EHS regulations, equipment requirements, and production operating procedures; avoid unsafe operations, supervise one another, and take responsibility for personal safety and health.Actively participate in safety training organized by the company, department, and work team, and proactively propose reasonable improvement suggestions.Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe behaviors at the worksite to supervisors or safety officers in a timely manner.Properly handle abnormal situations or accidents; report incidents truthfully and promptly to management, explain root causes, protect the scene, and maintain detailed records.Wear required work attire and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE); properly maintain and use protective devices and fire-fighting equipment.Have the right to refuse unsafe or non-compliant work instructions and to discourage or stop unsafe operations by others.Understand occupational hazards related to the position and corresponding control measures; sign occupational hazard notification documents; comply with occupational health management requirements and participate in pre-employment, in-service, and exit medical examinations as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Age between 30 and 45.Technical secondary school education or above.Experience in instrument manufacturing and/or packaging is preferred.Good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to adapt to long periods of standing and packaging work.Strong awareness of quality and safety.
