Show us your dedication and skills, and you’ll have opportunities for advancement. **Your Role** + Hands-On Assembly: Mechanically assemble various antenna/jumper/connector products and package finished goods for shipment. + Quality Assurance: Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet top-notch quality standards. + Environmental Stewardship: Support efforts to minimize environmental impact by adhering to waste management program procedures and following safety protocols to prevent chemical spills. + Team Collaboration: Work positively with support functions to fully define processes, procedures, and controls relevant to team activities. Train coworkers on cross-functional activities for products and processes. + Continuous Improvement: Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team. **What We’re Looking For** + **Essential Skills:** Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift, 6 months of warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. + **Additional Qualifications:** HS Diploma or GED, experience with order picking, material handling, inventory, packing, general labor, loading, unloading, pallet jack, RF scanner, shipping, and receiving. **Make a Difference** + Productivity & Quality: Meet and exceed production standards for throughput and first pass yield.
