Assembly Operator (2nd shift)
This role involves assembling components by following standardized work instructions and detailed top-level and sub-level drawings, as well as testing electronic and mechanical assemblies that require precision and strong hand-eye coordination. You will read and interpret manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and OMS documents, maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S principles, and consistently demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement. Daily tasks include adhering to safety protocols, using microscopes for detailed work, and handling small hand tools effectively, while applying job skills in compliance with company policies and procedures. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing is required.
