Night Shift Assembly Manager
The Assembly Manager provides strategic leadership for multiple production departments, directing manufacturing activities across various work centers and processes. This role leads production supervisors in achieving performance goals while ensuring optimal cost, quality, and safety standards. The position requires excellence in cross-functional coordination and operational planning to meet manufacturing objectives efficiently.

Essential Functions:
Production Leadership
Direct production activities across multiple departments and work centers Coordinate shift operations and workflow optimization Develop and implement process improvements Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Manage departmental budgets and resource allocationTeam Management & Development
Lead and mentor production supervisors Make employment decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and performance Conduct performance reviews and development planning Implement training and skill development programs Ensure proper staffing levels across departmentsOperational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain highest standards of floor organization and cleanliness Coordinate with purchasing and inventory control Optimize product flow and production efficiency Ensure adherence to standard operating proceduresSafety & Quality Management
Implement and maintain safety programs Conduct regular safety audits Ensure proper safety training for all employees Drive quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with quality standardsAdministrative Responsibilities
Manage departmental budgets Maintain accurate time-keeping records Monitor attendance and performance metrics Prepare and deliver performance reports Document standard operating proceduresRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field, Preferred 5+ years manufacturing operations experience 3+ years supervisory experience Strong understanding of production processes Excellence in team leadershipTechnical Skills:
