Summary: Seeking an Assembly Manager for B-Shift to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure quality control in a high-volume assembly plant.

Previous supervisory/management experience required

Experience with Microsoft Office applications necessary

Manufacturing experience essential

Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities for the Assembly Departments

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Control Departments

Meet production requirements while minimizing overtime

Address associate and production issues promptly

Drive continuous improvement and cost reductions with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
