• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a managerial role at least 5 years in operations management.• Proven track record of managing large teams (100+ employees).• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.• Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control.• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in ERP systems• Fluent in English; Turkish language skills preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in switchgear or similar electrical equipment manufacturing.• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.• Experience with Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing tools.• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.• Experience with employee development and talent management programs.
