Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line/Test Associate. This position plays a key role in assembling and troubleshooting failures of heat pumps & test equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and a commitment to precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
For Associates working on the assembly line, tasks include but are not limited to:

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area.Train or assist in training operators of run off stations to ensure tests are being properly performed, help to identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with trainingFirst escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations: Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller ProgrammingTeamwork: Assist with training new or cross-functional team members, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.

QualificationsAbility to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures.Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested. Must be able to work overtime when requested.Must be able to speak, read and write English.Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting skillsRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent.
