FHP Manufacturing is a leader in the production of geothermal and water source heat pumps, providing some of the most efficient heating and cooling comfort solutions in the industry. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line/Test Associate. This position plays a key role in assembling and troubleshooting failures of heat pumps & test equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and a commitment to precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced production environment. For Associates working on the assembly line, tasks include but are not limited to: + Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Train or assist in training operators of run off stations to ensure tests are being properly performed, help to identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with training + First escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations: Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming + Teamwork: Assist with training new or cross-functional team members, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment. **Qualifications** + Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures. + Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested.
