The primary responsibility of this role is to support new models and model year changes. This role will report to the Assembly IL Pilot Manager. + Manage Shop Layouts and Space Creation – New, Modified and Relocating of commodities + Create and Maintain project timelines + Work with Integration, Production, and Near Site Suppliers to implement the projects **What you’ll be doing** + Support cross functional teams consisting of production, safety, conveyance, maintenance, inspection, quality engineering, FAE, and other departments + Liaison to TEMA FAE for shop layout, space creation, and schedule considerations + Applicants must be capable of creating shop layouts and working through space concerns while meeting ILE standards + Applicant must possess good communication skills to share proposals with all levels of leadership at TMMI + This position requires weekend work, holiday shutdown work, and confirmation support to allow for smooth restart of production + Domestic and international travel up to 25% **What you bring** + Bachelor of Science in Engineering **-or-** Engineering Technical Degree or Mfg.
