Assembly Associate
Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a **Assembly Associate** position in **Auburn, NY.** This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of **$17/hour.** We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to support daily production. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble various components—many of which involve small parts—requiring strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions + Handle and fit small parts with accuracy and care + Use hand and power tools safely and effectively + Perform in-process and final quality checks + Maintain a clean, organized work area + Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE + Track basic production data and report issues promptly **Requirements:** + Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred + Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Comfortable using tools and reading simple instructions + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Team player with good communication skills **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
