Job Title: Assembly Team Member
Job Description
Join our assembly team where you will work in one of two key areas: the Components Table or the Crossarms Table. At the Components Table, your primary responsibility will be assembling components such as nuts and bolts and boxing them to the required quantities. This work is repetitive but essential, and typically performed individually. At the Crossarms Table, you will work with a small team to attach components like brackets, braces, copper wire, and signs to utility arms. Once completed, these arms are palatalized and sent to utility companies, including PG&E.
Responsibilities
Assemble components at the Components Table, ensuring accurate quantities and quality.Work independently to complete tasks at the Components Table.Collaborate with a team of three at the Crossarms Table to attach various components to utility arms.Palatalize completed utility arms for shipment.Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, production, general labor, and warehouse settings.Ability to work with warehouse inventory and on an assembly line.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Recent warehouse experience.At least 1-2 months of experience in a similar role.Preferred experience in manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in an industrial manufacturing environment specializing in pole line equipment for utility companies like PG&E. The shift starts at 3 pm, includes a 30-minute lunch break, and offers overtime opportunities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburg, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
