Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Operator, you'll:
Bring components to life by expertly assembling parts following clear instructions.

Become a pro with hand and power tools, putting together everything from small pieces to larger components.

Be the last line of defense, inspecting your work to ensure every product shines with quality.

Keep your workspace sparkling and organized, because a tidy area means top-notch work.

Champion safety and be a fantastic team player to hit those production goals!

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints (for Press Operators, may need to read more complex diagrams).

Strong mechanical aptitude (for Press Operators).

Ability to use hand tools and power tools (for Assembly Operators).

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints (for Press Operators, may need to read more complex diagrams).
