Assemble electrical components using hand toolsPerform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniquesIdentify and report defective materialsMaintain clean and safe work areaFollow production schedules and directions from supervisorsAssist with other duties as neededSkills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employerAbility to read basic process instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read a ruler and other measuring toolsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)High school diploma or equivalent preferredPhysical Requirements:
