AIR CONDITIONED FACILITY!
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, $15/HR
2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday, $16/HR
3rd shift:10pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday, $16/HR
***2nd and 3rd shift requires training on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks

Responsibilities:
As a Light Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in transforming molded plastic parts into finished, high-quality components. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
-Component Assembly: Performing repetitive, light assembly of small plastic parts, utilizing hand tools, simple jigs, and/or automated equipment.
-Quality Inspection: Visually inspecting parts for defects (e.g., flash, short shots, scratches) and ensuring all components meet strict quality standards and specifications.
-Trimming & Finishing: Utilizing small tools (like clippers or utility knives) to carefully trim excess plastic or clean up finished parts as needed.
-Packing & Preparation: Counting, sorting, and correctly packaging assembled units for final shipment.

Following Instructions: Adhering strictly to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
-Basic math skills
-Basic computer knowledge

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a fast-paced environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals!
-Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small components.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work.
-Punctuality: Reliable attendance and great work ethic
-Candidates must be comfortable performing tasks that require prolonged standing at a fixed location.
