Job Description:
This assembler position will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.
Responsibilities:
Follows an engineering assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts.Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches.Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bills of Material.Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production state of the art environment.Ability to obtain a top secret clearance which requires US CitizenshipEducation: High School
HS or GEDExperience: 24 months
Physical:
This position is subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Candidates must either meet export compliance requirements (as defined by applicable laws) or obtain the necessary export license(s) from the relevant U.S. government agency.
