Responsibilities:

Reviews work assignments, paperwork, and other documentation/directions to facilitate the best of time and activity for the shift.Performs manufacturing processes assigned according to established policies, procedures, and standards of the areaChecks completed work for conformance with specifications, noting and forwarding Defective Material Report (DMR) data for decision and action by othersEstablished quality and quantity standards are consistently met or exceeded, resulting in minimal downtime and/or reworkConfers with Manager or department Lead to share information, observations, and recommendations for improvements in processes which might increase overall results within established quality standardsHelps maintain the assigned area in a clean, orderly condition to minimize safety hazards and lost-time accidentsContributes to a cooperative work effort through performance of assigned duties in an accurate and timely mannerDemonstrates knowledge of manufacturing processes, minimizes uncertainty, and facilitates organization of materials and tools to meet established quality and quantity standardsProvides general guidance and assistance for trainees in a manner which contributes to their development and overall results being achievedEnglish proficiency is required for this manufacturing position.
