Responsibilities:

Assemble electrical components using hand toolsPerform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniquesIdentify and report defective materialsMaintain clean and safe work areaFollow production schedules and directions from supervisorsAssist with other duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employerAbility to read basic process instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Must be able to stand for long periodsFrequent hand and finger useAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbsGood close-up and color visionHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing/production role is a plus
