Job Summary

We are seeking Assemblers to join a leading healthcare company in Temecula. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell team. This includes detailed assembly and operation of equipment and machinery, such as electronic assembly, casting/coating, mechanical assembly, and packaging, all in accordance with documented procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesClean tools and equipment per documented procedures.Assemble medical devices and related components in a controlled cleanroom environment.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, and adhesive bonding, and operate various equipment.Perform routine assignments following standardized procedures under close supervision.Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies.Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment.Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.Package devices accurately and ensure all documentation is complete.Maintain accurate records for travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents.Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices and equipment.Essential QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.Basic English communication skills.Experience in assembly and machine operation, preferably in the medical device sector.

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience in food service can be a plus.Work EnvironmentManufacturing and cleanroom setting with the use of microscopes and precision tools.Dress code: Professional attire required. Clothing must not contain suggestive or derogatory language, and jeans must be clean and free of rips or stains.Adherence to Global Gowning Procedures.No makeup, false eyelashes, eyelash extensions, or jewelry allowed in the cleanroom.

Additional Information:

Regardless of shift, the first day of work is always orientation from 7am-1:30pm.

(3 true openings + a pad of 5 openings) 1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays

(2 openings) 2nd Shift: 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays, must be able to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks

Must be available for mandatory Overtime on the back end of the shift

**There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.**

Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed

Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience

Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience

1st Shift:

Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr.

Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr.

Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr.

2nd Shift:

Operator I : Pay is $21.18/hr.

Operator II: Pay is $22.00/hr.

Operator III: Pay is $22.83/hr.

This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
