We’re seeking a reliable **Assembler** to join a collaborative manufacturing team in Loveland, CO on a **one-year contract** . **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble components following detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Use hand tools to perform basic assembly tasks (experience preferred). + Accurately complete documentation and maintain production records. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure product quality. + Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting production issues. + Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. + Support training of new team members on equipment and procedures as needed. **Qualifications** + Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (required). + Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. + Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. + Familiarity with GMP, FDA QSR, and ISO standards is preferred. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper technique. + Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. **Physical Requirements** + Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials. + Regular lifting, bending, and stretching. + Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
