The Assembler – Mechanical is playing a key role in assembling electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies in alignment with documented processes and Bills of Material (BOM). The role is ensuring functional testing is performed per customer and engineering criteria while maintaining high standards of precision and quality. By applying strong mechanical aptitude, soldering skills, and fine‑detail craftsmanship, the assembler is contributing to reliable product performance and operational excellence.

As an Assembler – Mechanical, you will be responsible for:

Assembling electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirementsPerforming functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standardsUsing hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high‑accuracy buildsApplying hands‑on soldering skills to support component and wiring assemblyInspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteriaMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processesCollaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities

To be successful in this role you will:

Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in soldering and small‑parts assemblyHave proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipmentHave the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a teamHave strong attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and an ownership mindsetHave the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor controlHave a high school diploma or equivalent
