As a Small Parts Assembler, you are ensuring reliability and consistency across our production line. You are gaining hands‑on experience assembling innovative, high‑definition handheld cameras used to inspect hard‑to‑reach spaces in aviation and pipeline industries. You are contributing to a team committed to delivering the highest quality builds for our customers.
As an Assembler – Mechanical, you will be responsible for:
Working with small to microscopic parts to assemble miniature cameras the size of a pencil eraser.
Utilizing specialized tools such as optical tweezers, pin vises, and microscopes for soldering and assembly.
Testing assemblies according to customer and division criteria.
Performing functional testing on completed assemblies.
Sitting or standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
To be successful in this role you will have:
Have a High School Diploma or GED.
Have very strong attention to detail.
Have extremely refined fine motor skills and dexterity.
Have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods as required.
Have the ability to read, follow, and interpret routine instructions.
Have a proactive, flexible, self‑starter mindset.
Have the ability to work well in teams and multitask effectively.
