If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what’s possible for a sustainable world.  **Trane** **Technologies** is currently seeking an **Assembler II.** As an Assembler II, you will perform repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools to build temperature controlled storage units, refrigerators/freezers and thawing systems. On a regular basis, performs one or more of the following:  + Brazing  + Evacuation leak testing and charging  + Final Test  + Wiring  + Foaming  + Troubleshoot equipment failures.  + Record measurements as needed. Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.   + Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.  + Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).  + Follows work instruction to determine the process required.  + Train new employees.  + Other duties as assigned.  **What** **you will bring** **:** + Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred. **Compensation:** $21.67 **Additional Requirements** **:** + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  + Demonstrates ability to make timely and appropriate decisions based on standards.  + Ability to complete own work with little to no supervision.  + Capability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.  + Is open to the ideas, diverse views and opinions of others; offers opinions constructively; helps when needed.  + Ability to multitask.  **Physical Requirements** : May vary based on area of work and could require the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch for the duration of the shift.  Use of hands to carry, feel and grasp parts and machinery and lifting up to 30 pounds.
