**Job Description**
**Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.**
Assemble/inspect electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, according to specific written instructions, diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets. Use appropriate tooling and machinery as provided. Verify and inspect products to ensure conformance with requirements and perform rework as needed.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Assembly experience in manufacturing environment
+ Inspection Experience
+ Written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Circuit card manufacturing, understand how to identify electronic components and properly orient them into a circuit board according to polarity
+ Follow written instructions, interpret assembly drawings, work independently, and use clear written or oral communication to share information with team members, support staff, and management
+ Microsoft Office suite of products and be able to use a computer to communicate with the team
+ Working knowledge of ORACLE and Factory Logix (FLX)
+ Able to interpret and understand the instructions on process sheets, prints or route cards.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $32326 - $51722
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
