As an Assembler I, you'll help maintain high production standards. **Responsibilities** + Complete production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to safety protocols. + Wear appropriate clothing and safety gear accurately throughout all procedures. + Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader. + Produce items that meet or exceed production standards. + Assist line leaders and supervisors in audits and observations, including ISO 9000, ISO13485, and CFR, as appropriate to your role. + Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization. **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent experience. + Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. + Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality. + Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. + Excellent communication skills. + Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred but not required.
