Shift: 1st shift 5:48am-4:18pm Monday- Thursday+ overtime

What you will do: 

Builds Self-Contained HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, brazing, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly Uses a computer for assembly drawings   Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station   Performs 5S procedures  Takes part in the training process for all new team members   Provides input regarding the performance of new team members Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams.  Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements   Performs other duties as assigned Must have the ability to work well in a team environment and make sound decisions regarding workflow Must be able to read blueprints, be familiar with order acknowledgement, and understand bill of materials Must have experience with the use of power and hand tools, electrical assembly, and brazing A minimum of one year of related assembly and brazing experience is preferred

Minimum Qualifications: 

Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience
