**Job Title: Assembler - Clean & Pack** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, working to assemble metal products partially or completely, either at a bench or on the shop floor. You will be responsible for putting together a new product line of cloud cooling systems, which range from 6 to 14 feet tall and enclose all necessary wiring and fans to cool cloud systems for various companies. You will need to handle different types of cooling units, using hand tools and following verbal and written instructions. **Responsibilities** + Assemble metal products, working at a bench or on the shop floor. + Put together cloud cooling systems, ranging from 6 to 14 feet tall. + Use hand tools and measuring tape. + Follow verbal and written work instructions. + Prepare units for shipment, ensuring all parts are accounted for. + Clean, insulate, and wrap products for shipment. + Weigh products and ensure quality and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Ability to use hand tools. + Capability to take and follow verbal instructions. + Familiarity with reading work instructions. + Willingness to learn and a good attitude. + Assembly experience (Level 1 and 2). + SAP/Access portal/work order experience (Level 1 and 2). + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch (Level 2). + Ability to read a blueprint (Level 2). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Non-negotiable: Must not be afraid of heights or tight spaces. + Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, or general labor is beneficial. + Experience with tools such as wrenches, rivet guns, torque tools, mallets, drills, and table saws. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. The position requires the use of hand tools daily, and personal protective equipment such as steel-toe boots and eye protection (provided if needed) is required. Long pants and a t-shirt are the standard dress code. The shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with optional overtime available on Friday and Saturday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
