Responsibilities Assemble wall panels and frameworks to precise specifications. Conduct quality inspections on all finished products and packages. Read work orders to determine materials and assembly steps. Measure, cut, and prepare lumber for assembly. Safely operate power tools (saws, nail guns) and forklifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals. Perform basic equipment maintenance and reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or a hands-on labor role. Forklift certification or experience is a strong asset. Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Must have reliable personal transportation. Able to pass a criminal record check. Must be able to provide a professional reference. Must have required PPE, including steel-toe boots. Proven experience with hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills). Ability to read work orders and use basic math for measurements. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks. Able to work Monday to Friday, from 1:30PM to 12:00AM. Able to start immediately (next business day).
