**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Brazer Assembler will be responsible reading blueprints assembly and braze copper tubing on to refrigeration units. This role involves assembling and installing refrigeration system components such as compressors, motors, blowers, fans, coils, electric components, and associated wiring. **Shift and Pay** The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional hours on Friday. **Benefits** + 100% company paid benefits + 2 weeks PTO to start + 401K Match + Opportunity for growth **Responsibilities** + Assemble and install refrigeration system components including compressors, motors, blowers, fans, coils, and electric components. + Apply caulk, foam, and Sikaflex as necessary to assemblies. + Perform brazing of components during assembly. + Maintain high levels of workplace organization. + Complete unit traveler paperwork accurately. + Collaborate with the Supervisor and others to develop work instructions and procedures. + Meet and report on customers' product quality requirements. + Strictly adhere to the Quality manual, safety standards, corporate policies, and procedures. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.52 - $21.52/hr.
