Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in manufacturing or production to join our team as Production Workers. Initially, you will train at 6am for a month before transitioning to a 12pm shift. You will be responsible for assembling custom air duct systems using hand and power tools, and you must be able to read schematics to accurately complete assemblies.

Responsibilities

Assemble custom air duct systems using hand and power tools.Read schematics to determine assembly requirements.Perform quality checks to ensure safety and prevent harm from product edges or siding.Lift 50+ pounds daily with assistance as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in assembly and production environments.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working in varying temperatures, especially during hot summer months.Ability to stand for 10-12 hours daily.Willingness to work 25-30 hours of overtime weekly during peak season from September to December.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
