Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Operator, where you will play a crucial role in assembling, packaging, and labeling products. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and can maintain productivity under supervision.
Responsibilities
Assemble, package, and label products efficiently.Operate equipment and tools such as impact wrenches, drills, mallets, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet guns.Maintain a high level of productivity with supervision.Produce quality finished goods with minimal quality issues.Keep assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order.Possess basic product knowledge, including identification of parts such as wheels, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts.Maintain a clean and organized workplace by properly storing tools and disposing of trash.Notify the Production Supervisor of any tools in need of repair, low inventory, or poor-quality products.Accurately read assembly drawings and perform tasks according to dimensions, parts list, and assembly instructions.Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.Ability to read a tape measure in fractions and decimals.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Familiarity with mechanical assembly and schematics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general production and labor.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Olyphant, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.47 - $18.47/hr.
