Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will start by working alongside an assembly lead. You will be trained to independently perform tasks using basic hand tools such as pop rivets and hand drills to assemble products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with an assembly lead to understand daily tasks and objectives.Utilize basic hand tools and power tools for product assembly.Fold and rivet paneling excursions for building exteriors.Work with routing ACM, cutting full sheets to specified measurements.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience in assembly, production, and manufacturing processes.Ability to read and follow blueprints.Physical capability to lift up to 75lbs.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that emphasizes employee comfort, including air conditioning during summer months. Our team consists of roughly 110 dedicated employees. The position typically operates on a first shift from 5am to 2:30pm, with flexibility for later start times if needed. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, shorts, T-shirts, and steel-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anamosa, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
