**Job Title: Electric - Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Electric-Mechanical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling large switch gear cabinets to house electrical panels. You will work with a variety of units based on engineered drawings and blueprints, contributing to projects that power airports, hospitals, and schools. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts from the fabrication department into large switch gear cabinets. + Work on electrical panels as needed. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks. + Perform sheet metal, electrical, and industrial assembly. + Install components according to blueprints and schematics. + Operate a forklift as required. + Collaborate with a team of assemblers to achieve production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Experience with sheet metal assembly and electrical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + 3+ years of experience in large mechanical assembly preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong team-player mentality with a positive attitude. + Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs. + Capability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per day). **Why Work Here?** Benefit from a climate-controlled facility and a full benefits package upon direct hire. Training includes a safety orientation and hands-on learning with experienced assemblers. The role requires standing for extended periods and a commitment to teamwork in all assembly processes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $22.00/hr.
