**Job Title: Medical Device Assembly Technician on the Day shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Medical Device Assembly Technician, specializing in catheter assembly within a controlled environment room. You will work with small parts using hand tools and operate various machinery while adhering to quality standards and company policies. **Responsibilities** + Assemble catheters using small hand tools such as tweezers and razors. + Adhere to all Quality Policies and Systems, maintaining accurate records including Lot History Records (LHR), and complying with all GMP/GDP policies. + Process small parts under a microscope, consistently meeting or exceeding the average cycle time and quality standard of 400 units per week. + Maintain professional work relationships with team members and other cross-functional groups. + Flex and rotate to other stations as necessary, understanding and following safety policies and practices. + Escalate any issues related to product quality or workplace safety. + Follow and adhere to 5S principles and goals. **Essential Skills** + Experience in catheter medical device assembly or medical device packaging. + Ability to work with small parts under a microscope, such as catheter tubes or stents. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for completing LHR documents and communicating with regulatory bodies like the FDA. + High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical field. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a Controlled Environment Room and clean room experience. + Familiarity with gowning procedures before entering the clean room. + Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills. + Demonstrated reading, writing, math, and inventory control skills. + Polymer and/or tip forming experience is a plus. + Knowledge of GMP, GDP, MPI, and 5S practices is highly preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment that emphasizes quality and innovation in the medical device field.
