**Assemblers** **1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekend Shift** **$25+/hr** **Position Overview** **We are seeking a skilled Assembler A/B** to perform complex and final assembly work on electromechanical products. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical assembly abilities, blueprint reading skills, and experience working with close tolerances. You will plan and execute assembly procedures, perform functional and diagnostic testing, and ensure all work is documented accurately and completed in a safe, efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble complex electromechanical products and final assemblies. + Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and written specifications. + Plan assembly steps when procedures are not fully defined. + Adjust, fit, and align components to close tolerances to meet inspection and quality standards. + Operate hand and power tools, soldering equipment, and precision measuring instruments. + Perform diagnostic, functional, and quality testing on assemblies. + Accurately record assembly processes, test results, and work performed. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. + Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures. + Perform additional duties within the same salary grade as assigned. **Essential Skills** + **Mechanical Assembly:** Precision assembly of mechanical components and systems. + **Electrical Assembly:** Wiring, soldering, crimping, and diagnostic testing. + **Blueprint & Schematic Reading:** Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. + **Tool Proficiency:** Skilled with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices. + **Machine Operation:** Ability to operate and troubleshoot automated assembly equipment. + **Assembly Methods:** Sub‑assemblies, point‑to‑point wiring, cable harness layout, and more. + **Quality Control:** Inspect parts and assemblies to meet strict quality standards. + **Troubleshooting:** Strong problem‑solving capabilities during assembly and testing. **Education:** + High School Diploma or GED required + Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in electronics, mechatronics, or related field preferred **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of North Mankato, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $51200.00 - $59425.00/yr.
