**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We deliver critical e-fulfillment warehouse implementation services, from design consultation to technical integration, to buildout, to retrofits – providing facility operators maximum site efficiencies. Our philosophy is based on execution and communication, allowing us to react quickly and professionally, providing the personnel and tools required to meet the needs of our clients. **Responsibilities** + Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. + Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. + Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies. + Verify specifications by measuring completed components. + Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources. + Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. + Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Experience with assembly and manufacturing processes. + Ability to read blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Problem-solving skills to resolve assembly issues. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and follow safety regulations. + Skill in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic company that values trust, relationships, and execution.
