Our philosophy is based on execution and communication, allowing us to react quickly and professionally, providing the personnel and tools required to meet the needs of our clients. **Responsibilities** + Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. + Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. + Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies. + Verify specifications by measuring completed components. + Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources. + Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. + Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Experience with assembly and manufacturing processes. + Ability to read blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Problem-solving skills to resolve assembly issues. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and follow safety regulations. + Skill in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic company that values trust, relationships, and execution.
