**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Assembler to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in a 12-step process that ensures the quality and functionality of our products. This position requires a willingness to learn and be cross-trained in various areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Documenting received parts in the Receiving area.
+ Performing Factory Resets by manually pressing a button.
+ Conducting Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycle times of 60-90 minutes.
+ Conducting Wi-Fi Tests.
+ Executing Elevated Temperature Tests.
+ Performing Cosmetic Cleaning and Repairs.
+ Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
+ Assembling kits and preparing them for shipment.
+ Building pallets for AT&T in kits.
+ Shipping completed units.
+ Scanning parts at each step of the process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of the day.
+ Ability to work well with others.
+ Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Hand dexterity.
+ Punctuality.
+ Experience in assembly, picking, packing, and retail.
+ Knowledge of repair and refurbishment of parts.
+ Familiarity with quality inspection and electronic assembly.
+ Proficiency in using soldering tools, test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools.

**Work Environment**
Work in a brand new facility designed specifically for our operations, equipped with a locker area and a cafeteria featuring refrigerators and microwaves. The site is conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants, just 0.5 miles north of 90 and south of 72, right off Randall Road in Elgin, IL.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
