**Job Title: Product Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Product Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for assembling product parts according to specifications while ensuring safety and quality. You will play a vital role in maintaining production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement efforts. **Responsibilities** + Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with Product Assembly Specifications (PAS) and safety regulations. + Perform timely quality checks in the work area according to established standards. + Utilize high-quality measuring tools like go/no-go gauges and measuring tape for conducting quality inspections. + Identify problems with products, machinery, or processes and report them to the supervisor or maintenance department for resolution. + Monitor raw materials in the work cell and communicate low levels before run-out occurs. + Meet daily production quotas, assembly cycle times, and tact times established by management. + Comply with all safety regulations and maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area/site. + Support organizational goals and uphold the importance of continuous improvement. + Perform minor rework as needed to precisely detail parts and components for correct assembly. + Potential work areas may include Injection Molding (Pads, Speedi, Small Parts), Whips, CVT, Conduit, and General Labor. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. + Proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail. + Strong time management skills. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with peers and leadership throughout the facility. + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality as the company holds significant trade secret information. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred. + Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards. **Why Work Here?** We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a supportive team environment with consistent interaction across all levels. You should be able to lift 25–50 lbs for 50–75% of the workday and be comfortable working in an environment with seasonal temperatures and moderate to high noise levels. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conyers, GA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
