**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a critical role in assembling and packaging high-quality products. You will utilize hand tools, read blueprints, and work instructions to ensure precision and accuracy in every task. This role involves the assembly of various cases and flashlights, incorporating foam, and ensuring all products meet our high standards. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and package products using hand tools and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Count and manage inventory accurately. + Use small drills, hammers, and rivet machines for product assembly. + Add foam to cases and ensure quality control. + Train on the use of pallet jacks and automated shrink-wrap machines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read technical drawings and work orders. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Capability to lift items weighing between 7-35 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred. + Experience in a light industry or general labor role. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with an established and reputable brand.
