**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an Assembler, you will be responsible for laying out small ceramic tiles on the production table, working with high tolerances, mixing and applying epoxy resins, and preparing fiberglass bars. You must have good eye vision and attention to detail, as well as hands-on experience with basic blueprint reading in metric measurements. Tape measure reading skills in both standard and metric units, and proficiency in using hand tools, wheel grinders, and surface polishing tools are essential. **Responsibilities** + Properly handle and mount ceramic covers and foils onto the finishing table. + Clean ceramic surfaces and resin using hand and air tools. + Polish ceramic surfaces with various grit pads to achieve the required finish. + Inspect ceramic surfaces using dye penetration and UV light. + Collaborate with colleagues in handling and manipulating ceramic products. + Paint filler ends and engrave serial numbers. + Conduct final evaluation with QA testing for surface quality and appearance. + Perform a wipe down before packaging. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint reading + Tape measure reading + Use of hand and power tools, including wrenches + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to work with high tolerances **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical assembly and production + Knowledge of schematic assembling + Proficiency in using grinding tools + Basic understanding of metric measurements **Why Work Here?** You will have the opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
