**Assembler - Can Start within 3 days!** **Location:** Poway **Pay:** $18.50 **Shift:** 6am - 2:30pm M-F **Start:** Within 3 days of applying **Description** + Interpret drawings and assembly instructions (verbal and written). + Operate production machines to produce parts in accordance with the company’s established standards and guidelines. + Using hand tools to assemble products + Notice workmanship defects or flaws in the produced parts and report them immediately to management is required. + Detect and report any machine or tool malfunctions. + Prepare parts for painting and / or shipping to include gluing, taping and cleaning. + Maintain a clean and safe environment. + Document production activities as requested. + Other related tasks may be assigned such as counting, packaging, labeling or bagging the produced parts or the raw + material in preparation for kitting. + Packaging, labeling, small part mechanical assembly, occasional use of microscope **Skills & Qualifications** + Looking for candidate that have 6+ months of production experience + Must be okay to lift up tp 25lbs. + Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communications skills. + Must have good attention to detail **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
