Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in lighting solutions, is seeking several dedicated Assemblers to join their team.  As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting efficient assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers

Location: HIGHLAND, NY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (Off on Fridays, Sat and Sun)
 

What's the Job?

Assemble components of light fixtures following standardized procedures and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles. Maintain quality control standards throughout the assembly process. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any challenges.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand procedures written in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
