Production Assembler

Location: Irvine, CA

Schedule:

Monday- Saturday 3:30pm- 12am

Pay: $19-21/hr

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our team as Assemblers. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment to assemble catheters designed to prevent aneurysms in the brain.

Responsibilities

Assemble small parts using a microscope and small hand tools.Ensure high-quality assembly of catheters in a cleanroom setting.Adhere to strict attendance policies, allowing only one absence and one late within the first 90 days.Maintain good relationships and communication within the cleanroom while ensuring quality and productivity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to entry-level candidates who can pass the hand assessment test.Willingness to work long hours, including 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Additional Information:

Need to be open to working up to 10-12 hour days Monday-Friday and 8 to 10 hours on Saturdays. This won't be all the time but the definitely need to be prepared and open to it.

Work Environment

The position requires working in a cleanroom environment where full gown attire is necessary.The work schedule typically involves 10-hour days, 6 days a week, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week.Our management team is supportive and encourages open communication and good relationships among team members, as long as quality and productivity standards are met.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
