Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team, where you will be responsible for assembling components following detailed work instructions. You will utilize basic hand tools and conduct visual inspections to ensure quality. After assembly, you will either pass the components to the next team member or place them on a rack for quality testing. Additionally, you will use a computer to document materials and scan them before and after the assembly process.

Responsibilities

Follow work instructions for assembling components.Utilize basic hand tools and perform visual inspections for quality assurance.Pass assembled components to the next team member or place on racks for quality testing.Use a computer to document and scan materials before and after assembly.

Essential Skills

At least 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.6+ months of experience using common hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, including the ability to open documents and use a mouse.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical experience, such as car maintenance or home renovations.Soldering experience, including the use of soldering tools and electronics repair.Experience in circuit board assembly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
