**Job Description**
Assemble components and subassemblies to produce high-quality finished products. The role involves basic electrical wiring and integrating electrical wires into products using various hand tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or similar tools.
+ Mount assembled components, including transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.
+ Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
+ Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
+ Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machines.
+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
+ Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
+ Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with various types of hand and power tools, including torque drills, wrenches, and ratchets.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Experience in reading blueprints or assembly diagrams.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in mechanical assembly and general production.
+ Familiarity with assembly line operations and schematic interpretations.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
