Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a First Shift Assembler where you will be responsible for assembling customized conveyor and material handling equipment based on blueprint drawings. Utilize your skills to pull parts and build products to precise specifications, ensuring each system is uniquely tailored.

Responsibilities

Assemble customized conveyor/material handling equipment following blueprint drawings.Pull parts independently to build products according to specifications.Work with 8-10 basic types of conveyor systems, customizing them based on client needs.Read and interpret blueprints and job packets accurately.Complete assembly directly onto the product, with occasional bench assembly for subassemblies.Fill out necessary documentation accurately.

Essential Skills

Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to read basic blueprints and a tape measure.3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably from a customized assembly company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Possession of a basic set of tools is preferred but not required on day one.Must own steel-toed boots.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fabrication and assembly shop, requiring you to work on your feet all day. Be prepared for physical activity such as bending and climbing onto equipment as necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawley, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
