Job Description
Join our team to assemble electrical and mechanical parts into finished products using a variety of tools and assembly process equipment. You will be cross-trained in various areas including mechanical, electronic, testing, microscope, soldering, and finishing.
Responsibilities
Assemble electrical/mechanical parts into finished products.Cross-train in mechanical, electronic, testing, microscope, soldering, and finishing areas.Frequently use screwdrivers and torque wrenches.Hand solder, depending on the department.Use a variety of adhesives and chemicals in the assembly process.Utilize computer workstations for record-keeping and testing purposes.Perform electronic testing on final assemblies using various test equipment.Undergo training on functions and products within the department.Perform quality control inspection functions.Lift up to 40 pounds consistently.Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools, including screwdrivers and torque wrenches.Experience with soldering and reading blueprints and schematics.Ability to work with microscopes and perform precision tasks.Understanding of work instructions and quality control procedures.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.J-STD certification is highly preferred.Experience with PCB or small part assembly is necessary.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work hours are 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires wearing a provided smock and safety glasses, while safety toe shoes are not provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
