Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Coralville, IA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.52 per hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a dedicated Assembler to support a leader in the aerospace industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll play an important part in preparing and packaging materials that keep aerospace operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork will directly impact the efficiency and success of our production process.

What You’ll Do

Count, sort, and package materials in a warehouse environment.

Operate machines, computers, and tools such as scan guns, tweezers, scissors, and box cutters.

Follow compliance standards and safety protocols at all times.

Stand throughout the shift and perform some heavy lifting as needed.

Complete 2–3 weeks of training based on part types and compliance requirements.

Work overtime as required to meet production schedules.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to stand for long periods during the shift.

Comfortable with some heavy lifting.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic.

Pay Details: $15.52 per hour
