Temp-to-Hire position$14.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 04:30pm)Assemble trusses with precision—requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or diagrams to determine the layout and assembly of trusses.Gather, measure, and cut lumber using saws and other power tools.Position and secure wood pieces together using nail guns, hammers, and other equipment.Operate pneumatic and hand tools to connect materials accurately and efficiently.Verify dimensions and quality of assembled trusses to meet specified tolerances and safety standards.Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.Load and unload materials as needed.
Assembler Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation Able to use hand and power tools safelyGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to lift 75-100 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
