What You'll Do:  Assemble components at floor stations using hand and power tools  Test and calibrate parts to ensure they meet product specs and tolerances  Identify and repair units that do not pass quality checks  Follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed instructions  Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals  What We’re Looking For:  High school diploma is a plus  0–2 years of experience in assembly or a related field  Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions  Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing  May be required to complete formal training or an apprenticeship   Work Environment & Physical Demands:  Lifting typically up to 30 lbs. without repetitive motion  Moderate exposure to machinery and industrial materials  May involve operating powered industrial trucks or equipment  Why PDS Tech Commercial?  Steady work in a growing manufacturing environment  Pay Rate: $16.60 Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30am- 4pm  Ready to get started in a role where every piece you assemble contributes to something bigger? Apply now and power up your career with PDS Tech Commercial! 
 

Pay Details: $16.60 per hour
