Schedule: Monday – Friday | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Assembler (Composites Fabrication) to join our aerospace team in Medley, FL. In this role, you will work with composite materials and components, following detailed processes to cut, shape, bond, cure, and assemble parts. Your craftsmanship will help ensure the production of high-quality aerospace products that meet rigorous safety and performance standards.
What You’ll DoRead, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials.
Cut, shape, assemble, bond, lay-up, inject, cure, braid, weave, sew, trim, and make simple repairs to composite parts.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring devices, and light equipment.
Inspect parts and assemblies, identify defects, and document quality results.
Perform rework or repairs as required by engineering specifications.
Maintain proper inventory at workstations.
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED OR 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma.
At least 1 year of assembly or related experience (3+ years without HS diploma/GED).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with composite fabrication in aerospace or manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
